Property Management 250 euros – per annum
Services included:
To carry out fortnightly security checks, emailing regular reports to each apartment owner. Checks will include: - Window glazing and frames - Leaks and ingress/egress of any water - Boiler - Electricity and Heating (light bulbs will be changed as necessary - cost is covered by the owner) - All heating appliances/air conditioning - Water – including flushing toilets and running all taps - Maintenance requirements - Damage to property or fixtures and fittings - Ventilation of property
Act as key holder (2 copies of apartment keys to be supplied at owners' cost and held by us). We will operate a bar code system for all keys held to ensure safety should they be mislaid by your guests. The key fob will have a unique bar code on one side for us to identify it by. On the other side there will be a request from us stating ‘if found please return to us. No apartment details will be shown on the key fob. Payment of utility bills on behalf of the ‘Owner’. Actual bill charges are additional and P.O.A. will be required. Assistance with registration of the property as a rental interest. Option to isolate water supply to ensure pipes don’t freeze if your apartment is left unoccupied for any period. Option to direct us to set your heating system to provide background heating should the temperature fall below a certain level when the apartment is left unoccupied. Free annual 'spring clean' of your apartment Property Management and Rental Administration 370 euros per annum
Services included:
Client accounts and preparation of tax returns Administration of municipality guest tax payments Provision of local information packs in apartments Inventory checking Registration of your guests with the local police Advertising on our website with links to our preferred partners websites Displaying properties for rent in our web site Obtaining and confirming bookings Dealing with guest payments Meeting and welcoming guests Liaising with local agencies and tour operators A 150 EUR refundable security deposit will be obtained for each booking You will not be tied in to any agreements for set periods of the year (unless that is preferable to you)You are free to have full use of your apartment at any time and take bookings yourself and to advertise with other agents. Given that the rental market is very much still in its infancy in Bansko we cannot guarantee any rental capacity for clients. We offer this service to clients who do not want to deal with the administration process involved in renting their apartments.

Maid service can be arranged during guest stays as required.
Transfers
The following transfer costs between Sofia and Bansko are applicable based on the number of persons in each party. We will be happy to arrange for you and your guests to be met at Sofia airport (other locations are available) and be taken direct to your accommodation. All transfers will be conducted by our friendly and courteous English speaking team members.
Single Return
One-three persons 75 EUR 150 EUR Four-five persons 105 EUR 200 EUR Discounts are available for children under 12 travelling in parties of three or more. Larger groups can be accommodated. Please contact us for details.

Using our experienced and trustworthy local staff, we will clean your apartment between lets in readiness for your new guests. Our cleaning regime includes the cleaning of all flooring, all sanitary ware, kitchen surfaces and appliances, internal windows and sills, polishing and dusting of all furniture and skirtings, garbage removal with the replacement of bin liners, and cleaning of all tiling. All our prices include for laundry of towels and bed linen, replacement of soap and even a chocolate on each pillow!!
